Italian Panini
- 2 ounces Uncured Hard Salami
- Uncured Genoa Salami
- Melted provolone cheese
- Roasted red peppers (store bought)
- Pesto, to taste (store bought)
- Mayonnaise, to taste
- Ciabatta bun
- Slice the Ciabatta bun in half.
- Spread mayonnaise and pesto to taste on both sides of the Ciabatta bun.
- Layer slices of Uncured Hard Salami, Uncured Genoa Salami, and roasted red peppers and top with melted provolone cheese.
- Press the prepared sandwich in a Panini Press until it is toasted and hot.
